Downloaded NMKD last night and fiddled around to see if I could get some balloon tiddies generated. Below is the same seed used but with a wildcard for ethnicity and one image with a different seed. Pretty cool.

The after pic just isn't her. Surgery doesn't change someone from a slim Irish/white freckled woman to an overweight olive skinned woman. They used a stand-in as an example, probably because NQ was back in Boston way before after pics would normally be taken.

The patient lives the other side of the country and isn't going to fly back for an after picture. The doctor has a disclaimer saying that photos may be a model.
